Nominations in writing must be signed by the nominator and the nominee (accepting the nomination) both of whom must be financial members of the Friends of Israel WA (Inc) and be posted to FOIWA (Inc), PO Box 333, Dianella 6059 and be received by no later than 27 August 2010.
